If you’re using Outlook for Microsoft 365 then you can install the Capsule Add-in for Outlook. The Add-in makes it really easy to add contacts, store and track email conversations and create tasks, cases & opportunities, all without leaving your inbox.
Once you start tracking an email conversation from Outlook using the Add-in it will keep tracking all future messages in that conversation – saving you from having to store each individual back and forth message. If you’ve used Microsoft Outlook for an extended period of time, you may have noticed that it doesn’t run quite as smoothly as it used to. Outlook’s performance is affected by many things, including the amount of data it has to keep track of, any add-ons that are installed, how often it checks for new mail (checking more frequently can improve performance), and various other factors. This feature is only supported in Microsoft Outlook 2010 and 2013 for Windows. In addition, it is no longer supported in the new Evernote for Windows.

McAfee offers an add-in for Microsoft Outlook that allows customers to send encrypted emails. This add-in is available at no charge to customers using McAfee SaaS Email Encryption.
Features and Requirements:
- Once downloaded and distributed to users’ computers, the add-in creates a “Send Encrypted” button within Outlook.
- By clicking the button, users can automatically encrypt any outbound email message, thereby increasing the levels of security and privacy for each message.
- Silent install option allows administrators to automate deployment.

If you are a McAfee SaaS customer, download the Send Encrypted from Microsoft Outlook Add-in at no charge. If you have previously installed the add-in, we recommend uninstalling the previous version before installing this version.
Note: Please follow your browser’s procedures for saving a downloaded file to your local hard drive. Once the download completes, open the install package on your local hard drive. The downloaded .zip file contains a 32-bit version of the .msi file, a 64-bit version of the .msi file, and supporting documentation.
