ADEO TIFF Add-On for Internet Explorer has been developed based on ADEO Multi-Page TIFF Editor. Practically, it is a special version of Multi-Page TIFF Editor with almost the same functionality, which works inside Internet Explorer. In some cases it can be convenient, especially when opening TIFF documents from the Internet. This application contains all the necessary functions for viewing and editing TIFF files. Apart from all basic image editing functions, the program allows to create comments (annotations) on the document. The program supports reading of TIFF, MDI and PDF files. Advanced features like OCR/OBR and reading/writing of IPTC metadata for TIFF files are also available
Multi-Page TIFF Editor for Internet Explorer
Multi-Page TIFF Editor Publisher’s Description
ADEO Imaging developed Multi-Page TIFF Editor for users, organizations, and businesses all over the world who work with TIFF files or with scanners – that means banks, law firms, libraries, archives, state organizations, and so on. This is a user friendly application that can be used to quickly open and easily edit TIFF files.
Modern and even older PCs will have no problem meeting this application’s system requirements: 32 or 64-bit processor, 512MB of RAM memory or more, Windows operating system (anything from XP up to 8). To install the application, you will have to download a 14MB executable, run it, and then go through the steps presented to you by a setup wizard. It must be mentioned here that the setup wizard will ask you if you want to associate Multi-Page TIFF Editor with TIF/TIFF and PDF files.
The application’s interface is divided into several panels. To the left you will see a panel that allows you to explore your PC and one that allows you to search for files and filter the types of files you want to see. Open a multi-page TIFF file and previews for each page will be presented in the panel to the right. Select a page and it will be presented in the panel to the far right. Buttons for various features and functions the application has to offer are presented at the top and on the right hand side.
As previously mentioned, Multi-Page TIFF Editor is a tool you can use to edit multi-page TIFF files. To better put things in perspective, here’s a quick look at its main features: support for multiple languages, support for multiple file types, multi-thread technology for fast file reading, import and export functions, resize, rotate, change DPO, draw, annotate, adjust colors, PDF to TIFF raster conversion, TIFF to PDF conversion, read and write IPTC and DICOM metadata, optical character recognition, and more.
Multi-Page TIFF Editor is not free, it is only free to try. The trial version comes with the following limitation: no more than 5 pages can be written to output TIFF, EPS or PDF file.
To put it simply, Multi-Page TIFF Editor is a great tool for anyone who has to work with TIFF files and scanners. Wonderful functionality is offered via a very user friendly interface.
The Multi-Page TIFF Editor system requirements are very low. Installing the application takes little time and effort. Support for multiple languages is provided. The interface is very easy to figure out. Multi-Page TIFF Editor has a nice list of features to offer.
Trial limitation: you may not edit documents that contain more than 5 pages.
Alter your TIFF files quickly and in batches
The Multi-Page TIFF Editor was built to replace the Kodak image editor, which some may remember as the go-to editor for people in the days before free photo-shopping software and before free editor tools swamped app stores. This tool does everything the Kodak editor used to do, and it has the same tool icons so you will not have to re-learn how to use this type of editor program. The interface navigation and intuitive design has held up well, but you may find better Tiff file editors that are fully free.
